Payments

Q: can I pay with my American Express Card?

A: We do accept payments by American Express but only through PayPal. You do not need to register or set up a PayPal Account to pay via PayPal. Please press “Check out with Paypal” within the shopping basket and follow the directions on the left hand side of the page.

Q: Do I have to set up a PayPal account to use PayPal?

A: No. You do not need to register or set up a PayPal Account to pay via PayPal. Please press “Check out with Paypal” within the shopping basket and follow the directions on the left hand side of the page.

Q: Do you deliver Worldwide?

A: Bags of Sparkle offer a worldwide delivery service.  Please check the country list within the shopping basket thoroughly.  Our Delivery & Returns page may also be helpful to you.  If you require further information on deilvery, please email info@bagsofsparkle.com.

Logging in and Your Account

Q. I can’t remember my login name / password?
A: send an email from your registered email account to login@bagsofsparkle.com and we will send you a reminder. Remember that your login details would have been sent to you by email when you registered with us originally so please check your records first. If you forget your password, press My Account and then Forgot your password? then follow the instructions provided.

Q. I have not received my registration account details by email

A: to receive your customer account details you must enter your email address correctly.  Please also check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folders as sometimes your registration email can appear there. Registered customers can always update personal information manually when you have signed into your account.

Q: Why does my account say it has been ‘deactivated’ after I have registered?

A: after you register online for an optional customer account, an email will be sent to the email address provided for you to confirm your registration. To complete the registration process, please click “Complete Registration” in order for your account to be activated. You can then access your account and place orders.

Q: Do I have to register for an account to place an order?

A: No – account registration is optional. You can place an order online without registering a customer account.

Order Tracking

Q. Can I Track my order?

A: Registered customers can track their orders by signing into their account and selecting Query Order Status.  If you have any other queries regarding an order you have placed, please contact customerservice@bagsofsparkle.com or call us on 020 8296 9939.  (if lines are busy please leave a message with contact details and we will get back to you the same working day)

Orders

Q: Why have I received an email saying that my order has been declined?

A: If you receive this email, please contact us be telephone on 020 8296 9939 or email us at info@bagsofsparkle.com so that we can help with your order

Q. Can I change my order?

A: Yes. If you need to make a change to your order we advise that you contact us as soon as possible on the same day the order was placed.

Q. Can I get help with completing my order?

Q. I have not received my order confirmation after making successful payment

A: If you have not received your order confirmation by email after successfully making payment, please check the email address you supplied as it may be incorrect.

Q. Can I place a telephone order?

A: The best way to order is online.  However, you can place an order over the telephone.  Please have a list of the product names and prices so that we can place your order for you.  If you go through to voicemail please leave a message and we will call you back 020 8296 9939 (+44 (0) 208 296 9939).

Refunds

The delivery cost you originally paid is non-refundable.  If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, this will also be at your own cost and we can't refund your postage. Please allow 7 working days for refunds to be processed.  We will always send you an email when a refund has been processed.  For more information please see our Delivery & Returns page.

Coupon codes

You can use coupon codes when you are making the order.  When you go to the shopping basket page (on this website) when you are checking out, you will see a “redeem coupon code” option.  If you have a valid code, feel free to enter it and press “redeem”.  Please note that you can only use one coupon code per order. Coupon codes cannot be used on telephone orders, they only apply to orders made online. Coupon codes cannot be redeemed on the PayPal page so if you want to pay via PayPal, you must apply the coupon code on this website first; after you press redeem coupon, please press, "check out with PayPal".

PRE-ORDERS

Some items that are currently marked ‘OUT OF STOCK’ can be pre-ordered.  If it is available to pre-order the product description will say so.  It will also be stated in the product name as “(PRE-ORDER)”.  Delivery times for pre-orders can vary but in most case, pre-order items will be dispatched within 7 working days of your order being placed unless otherwise stated.  For more information contact info@bagsofsparkle.com
